There are surveillance teams.
Supposedly as an office they have a budget.
What they have done with the budget.
They have hired too many people.
And they pay them hourly wages.
But they work around the clock watching the surveillance radios.
They don't see anything illegal.
But because as a group they decide what they'll watch.
For example, they'll watch a dark room or an empty building all night.
A group will sit and be paid hourly to watch a dark room.
They're Virginians.
It seems corrupt.
Now they are overweight.
And so it's as though they cannot run operations.
The verb is run ops.
They are now too overweight to run ops.
And it might be that they spent what was meant to go to office supplies on junk food.

"Recent news reports have mentioned cyber incidents in several states this year related to election infrastructure, specifically voter registration databases. Our NCCIC has shared actionable information about these incidents through direct outreach to state and local governments and through the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC), to enhance situational awareness and provide election officials with the information needed to protect themselves from similar incidents. Importantly, none of the reported incidents contain indications of malicious activity that would impact the ability of voters to cast their ballots."

I think Ksenia Sobchak and Alexei Navalni are cool about computers because they develop these messages and then they type them, and then like the navy can they get the messages to other parts of Russia. Andy seems to be like Edward Snowden and like run to the front door of his house from his car. Jokes about Andy and Edward Snowden. How they are overweight and socially awkward and they live with a weird girlfriend and stuff.
Andy Ozment is a computer engineer here in Washington, DC. I know him in the sense we have spoken on the phone about alumni stuff. I was a Georgia Tech fellow.
He is an extreme example about education and then what does he do now.
I went to school in Saint Petersburg.
There were Russian bloggers like Ksenia Sobchak and Alexei Navalni. Kind of, that's what I think is cool about computers.
I have been to Russian computer labs. I have seen Russian college kids at their computers in Saint Petersburg. I can read the Russian language and I try to make my website like what they are writing.
An example is that when they write about the hockey league, somehow they will have a very personalized description of what they're talking about. He likes this player for this reason. It's a different way of talking than maybe talking about baseball stats or something.
About Andy. I kind of cannot believe he still lives in DC. I have a lot of friends who move out to San Francisco. Sometimes they can move up to Boston. It's a little enigmatic to me about Andy and why he wants to live here. Sometimes at Georgia Tech they want to go work for the public sector. That is rare. Now Andy works for a bank. But he works in cybersecurity for a bank.

Alright.
There are mentions sometimes about the Sino-Indian War. When was that? If someone asked you when that was?
It was in the 1960s. And it was a big deal. Kind of the Indians and the Chinese are rivals.
They share a border. And they both have large armies.
And so that has been in the newspaper, it's kind of unbelievable if there are skirmishes between Beijing and New Delhi. It was an actual war in the 1960s though. It's called the Sino-Indian War.
"Germany wants to ease visa application process for Indian IT experts" "During a visit to Bangalore, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said improving the legal framework to attract software developers is a priority for his government" "Scholz was speaking on the second day of his trip to India, after meeting on Saturday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the war in Ukraine"

I am writing about Alex Ovechkin. I think for a while people have wondered, maybe they are Czech immigrants in Moscow. He might be from Moscow, but maybe he is ethnically Czech. Sometimes people even mention his Russian language skills because he has been here in DC and Virginia for so long.
About his dad. I think he is behaving as a German in the wake of his father's death.
The English. When my grandfather died, my dad thought to himself, how can the world continue? And he would notice busy city streets going on as before. As though nothing had happened.
When my friend died, it was as though I was the only one who knew what had happened. I kind of refused to go on as before. Because somehow I didn't understand how the world could continue in the wake of this tragedy.
Alex flew to Moscow, missed a few hockey games, and now he's playing again. But the newspaper is reporting he's mourning while he is playing.
I think he should take the rest of the season off, because he has said he is mourning. I don't want the team or the league to pay him his normal salary, if he is mourning. There are already complaints about his dental work and his fitness. (February 26, 2023)
These are descriptions of German radio technology.
Notice here this photo of Alex Ovechkin. It seems like he needs dental work. He makes $10m annually. I think it's strange about his health, maybe he intentionally doesn't do things and so he isn't as healthy as he could be.

Maybe the German navy uses the banks in Kuala Lumpur to finance the energy for their navy.
There are reports about the German navy near Jakarta.

It seems like fake news stories come from Singapore.

It has happened to me before that I show up to the interview, and I don't really want the job and I like don't want to be at the interview.
I am writing about library science. I applied to an online PhD program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I wasn't accepted. I just learned that today.
This has happened to me before, especially with state schools. It's possible that kind of they only accept in state residents. The University of North Carolina is like that. I have heard UT-Austin is like that. You know, maybe that's how it should be. If it's a state school, maybe they should just accept in state residents.
Also though, this other thing happens to me. In library science, the applicants are like so desperate. They are weird relationship status people and somehow they need money. Maybe they are a wife with kids in Virginia, and they have a lot of pressure to get a job and earn an income.
The phenomenon of it, is that when I apply to stuff, I don't have it in me to in earnest pursue some of these opportunities because I can tell the other applicants are like really wanting the job. The jobs are so boring to begin with. (February 24, 2023)
But I just had to look having read the book.
MI5 just said they didn't understand something about the Ukrainian officer corps.
The English Army had just won the war.
I read the news today, oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He didn't notice that the lights had changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of Lords
I saw a film today, oh boy
The English Army had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
Having read the book
I'd love to turn you on
The MI5 people never want to participate in the English contests. They just decide they don't know anything about Ukraine or Turkey. They don't know the Beatles albums. They don't play an instrument or speak a foreign language. And then it's yell at me about Twitter. "We have large families."
MI5 affiliates with the Ukrainian officer corps, because they both.
These are photos of Alex Ovechkin this week. There are complaints that he, (1) won't get a dental implant for his front teeth, and (2) he is overweight. It's been suggested that the foreign players aren't held to standardized fitness standards. It's possible Alex kind of just skates, and he doesn't run or lift weights. Maybe the players kind of dominate the players union politics and the coaches or whatever aren't able to test them for fitness statistics. Exactly how fast can Alex Ovechkin run, on which dates? (February 24, 2023)
This is Vogue Williams. She is married to Spencer Matthews. He is the brother of Pippa's husband. She has three kids. They all dress like that. It's as though the women try to not wear shirts when they go out. I think they're not Anglicans.
The Virginians have surveillance teams. They're Prussian immigrants. I have heard they have gained so much weight from stomach infections. It's strange now because it's as though they're not capable of covert operations. And they refuse to document their timesheets. They are in the building, but they don't document what they do.
"Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday that the only way for Moscow to ensure a lasting peace with Ukraine was to push back the borders of hostile states as far as possible, even if that meant the frontiers of NATO member Poland."

Warsaw and Berlin might coordinate a lot in their armies.
There are ports in both northern Germany and the Gulf of Danzig.

There are reports about right wingers in Sweden.

The EU is so tied to the German economy.

The EU and the Eurozone and the EC.
Maybe they expand when the German economy expands.
If one then the other.
Both.
If and only if and the other and both.
There are complaints the German army is very large now.
Right wingerism has been reported.
When the EU and the Eurozone expand then there is energy scarcity and right wingerism.
[During the opening of the conference "Bulgaria on the road to the euro", the President pointed out that the adoption of the euro will bring significant economic benefits to the country, and the big challenge is to prepare the citizens for this. President Rumen Radev announced that Bulgaria's membership in both the Eurozone and Schengen is a strategically important goal. "This requires responsible work of the institutions," he added. He announced that the process of entering the Eurozone should not lead to a lowering of the standard of living of Bulgarians.]
This is from the Bulgarian news.
Maybe the EU and the German economy expand at the same time.
I wonder about right wingers and the EU.
The German army seems very large now.
Maybe the Germans use too much energy for their army.

He would insist his coworkers teach the class if he was the only student.
He would not do the cleaning tasks and so his coworkers did.
He worked at the yoga studio, and show up during his shift. But he didn't do all of the tasks he was supposed to. But then he would definitely take the classes.
I'm writing about the locals.
The Virginians are Prussian immigrants. Maryland is north of DC. This is about the Marylanders.
Two different men I know.
The first is my coworker from the yoga studio in DuPont Circle. We would get to take the classes for free. I kind of didn't take many classes, because I worked there full time and I was in the studio enough. I cleaned a lot. It was my job to clean the studio and check in the yogis. My coworker didn't do much of the cleaning, but then he would take the classes. Years later, it seems Prussian in its disbelief. Also, if he was the only student he would still insist that the teacher teach the class anyway. I'm a teacher also, I'm always happy when nobody shows up and I can go home early.
The other man, I also know from the yoga studio but he is a student. He is married to a woman from Switzerland. He is about to take two weeks off to go skiing in Switzerland.
I guess both of these guys, they aren't great in the workplace because their priorities aren't like the goals of the company. The first one didn't want to clean the studio but he would show up to take the classes. The second one, he spends his vacation time on strange exotic trips. When he gets back I cannot believe he's rested and doing a good job.

Notice this here, 1917. Maybe in 1916 the year before, it sat within the Russian territories. Russia is such a large land. The tsar was the tsar of the Russias. You can accurately call Kiev part of the Russias.
Ivan was the tsar of the Russias.
Ukraine and Kiev are part of the Russias.
Are the Germans sending air force items to the PLAAF?
Is Berlin assisting the PLAAF to train pilots?
Four kids came out of Coleen.
Three kids came out of Kate.
Three kids came out of Vogue.

People's Liberation Army
People's Liberation Army Navy
People's Liberation Army Air Force
Are the Germans sending the PLAAF items?
You can send a short message like that.
Is Berlin sending fence items or radios to the PLAN?
"It's over: China has chosen sides?" "The head of NATO said today in Warsaw that the military alliance sees 'certain signs' that China may be planning to support Russia in its war in Ukraine."

It's about the Chinese army.
Maybe the German navy sends the PLA weaponry.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Dushanbe Tajikistan
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Kabul, Afghanistan
Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
This one, Uzbekistan has a daily news report. A lot of it anymore seems not good. There are strange reports generally now about Tashkent. Maybe the Germans go there a lot or something.
Today there are two reports about the EU.
Both the Russians and the Bulgarians have reported on it.
It means that the Germans are using the EU to expand their economy.
"BRUSSELS, February 22. /TASS/. The EU ambassadors failed to agree on the tenth package of sanctions against Russia on Wednesday, negotiations will continue on Thursday afternoon, Reuters reported on Wednesday."
This is another report about the EU.
Maybe the Germans are being aggressive about the EU because it assists their military.
There are complaints that the Germans take too much energy for their army.

It's possible this is an illegal act of the Ukrainian government, sending away so many refugees.
Maybe, the Russian government and some of these other governments are starting to believe it's illegal about the refugees.
The Ukrainian refugee debate.
Where is it?
This is saying that this many have gone total.
It means that.
Probably it's corrupt to send so many people from Ukraine.
The Ukrainian government sometimes is accused of being illegitimate.
Maybe if Zelensky didn't ask for so many weapons there wouldn't be so many refugees.
It's strange that Zelensky doesn't mention the refugees.
The Russians seem to be formally protesting this, as an example of illegal stuff the Ukrainian government is doing.
That's why I say it's the Russian news.
"GENEVA, February 22. /TASS/. A total of 8,087,952 Ukrainian refugees have arrived in European countries since Russia launched its special military operation, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) said on Wednesday."
This is from the Russian news.
"The Central Election Commission (CEC) Public Council issued an opinion on Wednesday which insists that CEC should reconsider its decision taken Monday for after paper ballots and machine-voting ballots are counted, the records for both types of ballots to be entered into the tally sheets together rather than separately."
The Bulgarian news is reporting on elections.
It seems like the Germans use their computers to affect the Bulgarian parliament.
For a while they couldn't reach a majority.
Also, the BSP has strange stories sometimes.

"Dombrovskis: The EC supports Bulgaria's Entry into the Eurozone, but the Failure to Meet the Inflation Criterion is too great"
This is from the Bulgarian news.
It seems strange that the EU is recruiting people to the currency group.
Maybe the Germans use the EU to expand their economy.
There are also reports about the Chinese lending money.
It seems like after the pandemic, can everyone go back to a localized economy.
Maybe the Germans use their computers to convince people the EU needs to expand, and that benefits the German army.

"China lends Pakistan a further US$700 million to shore up forex reserves" "The loan comes as the country is thrashing out a deal with the IMF to unlock funds from a US$6.5 billion bailout" "A finance ministry official said the loan was in addition to other facilities China has already extended to Pakistan"
This is from the Chinese news.
It seems like fake news.
Because how at this point could Beijing lend money?
After all of the pandemic everything.
Maybe the Germans use their computers to send around stories like this.
Also, how can the Germans lend people money?

What I like about what you said is that, you're right Kosovo is a unique region and it might be vulnerable to foreign influence. Also, unmistakably you wonder if there is a connection to Berlin because of the name Wagner.

This is an example of a right winger Russian youth group.
Maybe the Wagner group are like defense contractor versions of these guys.
(February 22, 2023)
I don't know about you, but I'm waiting for more information about all things Wagner group in Kosovo.
[KFOR announced Albin Kurti spoke about presence of the Russian groups "Wagner" and "Night Wolves" in the north of Kosovo, as 2 criminal groups that want to destabilize Kosovo.]
I have seen like every police, mafia, street gang television show. For example, remember when Vinnie Jones went to Laredo and Baltimore? I've been to both Laredo and Baltimore. Many times.
About the Wagner group.
You are right that Wagner is definitely a German word.
But, there do exist in Russia, like Nazi youth groups.
One thing about the Wagner group in Kosovo, it's not impossible they are Russian people, who are that out there in their politics.
It does seem like a mystery about the Wagner group, especially what they do in Kosovo and the Balkans.
You are smart to read this story and wonder, hoping for more details about Kosovo and/or the Wagner group.

This is me talking about Evgeni Malkin. 2-22-23
These are Greek Christians. They are Greek speaking peoples in lands far away in the east. It is a meditation to read about Russia and think about what is happening there. It is some kind of monastic effort to calmly read the news about think about lands far away.
Fa#g@t, I like work in the morning at my jobs. I don't have all day to read every sentence of this stuff. I actually like reading about this all day. And then it's like, what is this stuff. Like it's Kate's kids or Meghan's kids.
This is another one that is really important. Like the Minsk agreement. These are like small issues, maybe I don't ever get to read about or something.
FOR THE PURPOSES OF TODAY: The point here is that it evidences right wingers in the Balkans and it suggests that the Germans trade though ports in Albania, Croatia, and Bosnia. Kosovo might allow right wingers to use airbases or something there. Kosovo seems to allow for strange trade through the Balkans. But, I wish I had like all day to read this report because the Wagner group is a hot topic right now and people should write books on it and stuff. It is likely a German defense contractor group but it's in different countries and it's mysterious.
["Wagner" present in the north of Kosovo and Metohija? KFOR announced Albin Kurti spoke about presence of the Russian groups "Wagner" and "Night Wolves" in the north of Kosovo, as 2 criminal groups that want to destabilize Kosovo. Kurti's claim was not confirmed by KFOR. The NATO mission, whose primary goal is to maintain stability, says that there is no evidence of the presence of these two groups in the north of Kosovo, reports Reporters. Commander of KFOR, Angelo Michele Ristuccia, said that KFOR is aware of the situation in Kosovo, including that in the north of the country. He added that in addition to KFOR, 27 NATO allies are working to ensure peace and stability in Kosovo. "First of all, let me say that it is our professional and moral duty to fully understand the situation. Let's give each phenomenon the appropriate dimension. Allow me to assure the entire population of Kosovo that we are fully informed about everything that is happening on the ground," Ristuccia said in an interview for Klan Kosova. He stated that KFOR has "a clear picture of what is happening". Kurti previously said that there are 48 operational bases around Kosovo, some of which are soldiers of "Wagner's" group, and others of "Night Wolves". When asked if the presence of "notorious Russian groups" was registered, based on Prime Minister Kurti's statements, KFOR commander said that there is currently no evidence of this. "At the moment, we have no evidence of what you mean. We have no information about it. But we are closely following the development of the situation," replied Ristuccia. However, he did not deny "the existence of Serbian criminal groups", which he said that "the Kosovo police are doing a good job of disbanding them".]

"UNHCR Bulgaria Representative Kuzucu: Some 1.1 Mln Ukrainian Refugees Have Entered Bulgaria Since Onset of War"

That seems like a lot of refugees.
Maybe it's corrupt about the Ukrainian refugees in terms of transporting them away from Ukraine.

Maybe the Ukrainians don't know how to operate the weapons they receive.
It's possible women are operating heavy weapons in Ukraine.

It seems like labor unions do this for a living.

These are from the Washington Post.
The working theory here, is that the EU.
The EU assisted the German economy and the German army.
They both got bigger.
As that happened, the Germans began to export police hardware and weaponry.
They have to go by Ireland to go to East Asia.
Because they use the ports in northern Germany and Poland.
And here are these stories about the Irish protocol and right wingers in Tel Aviv.
It means that the German navy sails from Lubeck, past Dublin and Tel Aviv, and we see photos of their ships near Jakarta.
-These are more complaints about the Israeli army because they keep sending warplanes into #Syria
-#DC This seems to evidence right wing politics in Tel Aviv
#DC To me this means the Germans send weapons to East Asia by way of Irish ports and they rely on EU
trade laws, AKA the Northern Ireland Protocol
#DC This to me means the Germans themselves are aware of right wing politics domestically

The Virginians talk like this.
"I'm going home to eat salad and fruit."
"I'll just have a Twix."
They struggle with weight gain, because sometimes salads are hard for your stomach to digest. Not all salads are really good for you. Any candy bar probably has sugar and it's not really good for you.
I did not at the time, understand exactly what was happening. I did at the time, know this is different than I how I live.
What was happening is that like, the grocery store. Somehow the food has some preservatives. And you can get so you feel better, if you eat as little preservatives as possible. It's some kind of a, you are what you eat perspective.
Believe it because it's true. That is the one percent. Also, people from England are there. They live by the banks.

Amy at the gym, she's really fun. She goes to Catholic church. I went to Catholic University, sometimes I go to Catholic mass. But really I am an Episcopalian. Episcopos is the Greek word for bishop. Kelly is really fun.
Sometimes I cannot believe what Kelly does.
In Austin, one time I had this boyfriend and he was an engineer. He lived in one of the nice apartment complexes downtown. You can see the building in the skyline. It's a famous building if you see a photo of the Austin downtown area, that's his apartment. If he still lives there.
When we would go out, he would stop at the farmers market and he would buy something. Because it would be right by his apartment, and he actually did intend to eat this somehow at a later point.
At the time, I thought to myself that a different group lives like that. What is this stuff?
A few things, it's far from our house in Austin and so how would I even get over there. Also, it's like weird food. How do you eat this? Also, the paying for it. You have to have an up to date way to pay for it.
Right now, kind of what I do is I go around and I try to only eat what I buy at the farmers markets.
Because the vaccine or whatever made my stomach so sick.
I think to myself, how wealthy I must be now. That's the one percent.

"PODCAST: How bad will strikes get in Germany and should public officials have to speak English?"
This is from the German news.
Notice the mention of labor strikes.
It seems like the Germans use their computers to make their economy look healthy.
You wonder about labor strikes and weapons exports.

[China has had an unusually busy and bizarre week. On Monday - as the saga over the alleged spy balloon dragged into its 11th day - a fresh spat erupted between Beijing and Manila. This one was over lasers. The Philippines accused China of using a "military grade" laser light on a Philippine coastguard boat. It said the incident had happened on 6 February when the boat was attempting to take supplies to the Sierra Madre, a vessel that is used as a Filipino naval outpost in the South China Sea; and that a Chinese vessel intercepted the Filipino coast guard boat, blocked its way and used a laser device to temporarily blind the crew. It's not clear what sort of device the Chinese crew used or how powerful it was, but laser weapons designed to damage eyesight are banned under UN convention. The incident has been quickly condemned by a host of countries including the United States, Australia, Japan and Germany.]
This is from the BBC.
Notice the mention of a laser.
Maybe these are German-made laser weapons.
It's possible the Germans send laser weapons to East Asia.
There have been complaints about the police in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taipei.

This is me talking about Michael McFaul. 2-17-23
"About 1 million Rohingya, a persecuted mostly Muslim minority from Myanmar, fled to Bangladesh to escape an army crackdown the UN said was genocidal intent"
This is from the Chinese news.
Maybe the German navy sends weaponry to the ports in Burma.
And then the PLA crosses the border into Burma.

Um. Pancake dinner on Shrove Tuesday. Why are you asking about that?
Also, for me weight gain is a unique psychological burden. I specifically don't like gaining weight.
Coleen Rooney goes out there, struts her stuff doesn't mind being overweight.
Not everyone minds being overweight.
How can you guys do covert operations if you wear shorts, don't leave the office, and now you're overweight?
The Virginian surveillance teams are also the covert operations teams. They have gained weight because they began to take pills and they kind of don't leave their office. Maybe they are too overweight to do covert operations. They don't write reports and document their time. And so it's weird now because they're overweight. And so like, how can they do covert operations?
Also, there was a comment about their laundry. They would have extra large shorts and you wonder about monekypox on their shorts.

"In the night"
"At night"
"All night"
It's from England about business hours, that is when work gets done. The Germans think you can work whenever, at whatever hour.
I live near the ATF building. It might be that building, but yesterday I saw something. It was just a woman working in her office. But, I could see her through the window. It was still dark out. It was early in the morning. I was waiting for the metro, it's an outdoor metro stop. The metro opens at 5am but the first train is at 5:25am or so.
I think she shouldn't be allowed to be in her office at that hour. If it's the ATF building, I don't want them thinking they can work that early as though it is during the day.
The point I am making is this:
Any work done at 5am, isn't the same as work done during business hours.
She should be paid like half time or something.
I cannot think if it's the police, I wonder about the prisons and due process.

The surveillance teams are Virginian men. They are homosexuals. They work for a defense contracting firm. They take pills during their shifts. They think they need to in order to operate the surveillance hardware. Maybe these are controversial police radios. For example, in Xinxiang province supposedly the police use facial recognition software. It seems like then the Virginians submit invoices for their shifts. But they were kind of drunken the whole time because of the pharmeceuticals. Maybe the pills make it so they don't mind not working much during their shifts. They seem to forget what has happened from one shift to the next. (February 16, 2023)
