It has to do with Aleksandar and Danilo.

Unfortunately, the list of Swedish foreign policy concessions is getting longer and longer.
During the NATO summit in Madrid in June 2022, Sweden and Finland pledged in a memorandum to "combat disinformation and prevent the misuse of domestic legislation for the benefit or promotion of terrorist organisations".
At the end of September, the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products (ISP) reauthorised the export of Swedish products as military equipment to Turkey, which has a history of warfare with its neighbours.
Days before the Prime Minister's visit, Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom had distanced himself from the Kurdish freedom organisations People's Defence Units (YPG) and the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in Syrian Kurdistan, which have successfully fought the world's most dangerous terrorist movement, Daesh/IS, on the ground.

This is from the Swedish news.
It's an opinion piece that opposes this new terror law in Stockholm.
- Notice, it's a lot of stuff they are agreeing about.
- Notice the disinformation stuff.
- That means, to me, like computer warfare capability.
- I wonder about fake news, etc. Maybe the German navy sends out fake news stories. This terror law might result in more fake news stories in London, even.
- They send weaponry to Ankara, I don't like that.
- Notice Sweden is already involved in operations in Syria.

[FM briefs European counterparts on outcomes of Amman consultative meeting on Syria May 03,2023 AMMAN - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Tuesday made telephone calls with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden Tobias Billstrom, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Spain Jose Manuel Albares, Minister of Foreign Affairs of France Catherine Colonna and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UK James Cleverly. During the calls, Safadi briefed his European counterparts on the results of the Amman consultative meeting on Syria, which was attended by the ministers of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, Iraqi, Egypt and Syria, and launched a new Arab path to progressively resolve the Syrian crisis in a step-by-step mechanism , in line with Security Council Resolution 2254, according to a Foreign Ministry statement. The minister explained to his counterparts the importance of the meeting, which was based on the Jordanian initiative, the Saudi initiative and other Arab efforts and contacts, in launching a direct dialogue with the Syrian government with the aim of ending the crisis and the suffering caused to the Syrian people and the negative repercussions on the region and the world. He also highlighted the importance of the agreements mentioned in the meeting's joint communique, which, once implemented, will contribute to efforts to resolve the crisis in Syria and address key issues, such as refugees, border security and the fight against terrorism and drug trafficking. The deputy prime minister also stressed that reaching a political solution to the crisis in Syria that preserves Syria's unity, cohesion and sovereignty, restore its security, stability and role meets the aspirations of its people and provides conditions for the voluntary return of refugees and it is a necessity for the security and stability of the region and a priority that joint efforts should realise.]

This seems to be an example of, it's mismanagement to put Ankara in charge of stuff like this.
Is Ankara kind of in charge of grain deal stuff?
Even if Washington, DC is honestly trying.
Does it make sense that Turkey is a leader in these Ukrainian grain deal talks?
Washington, DC is far away from Ukraine.
Is this mismanagement about the grain deal and Ankara?
Conceptually, if an American in DC is trying, can we work out the whys and ins and outs of this grain deal?
Isn't one perspective it's weird the Turks are in charge of it?
Is this mismanagement that Ankara is in charge of the grain deal?

[Black Sea Grain Initiative became 'commercial project', says Russian embassy to US Andrey Ledenev pointed out that " there is still no progress in resolving financial and logistical problems with shipments of Russian grain and fertilizers" WASHINGTON, May 2. /TASS/. The Black Sea Grain Initiative has been reclassified as a 'commercial project' because most of the agricultural goods do not reach the needy countries, a Russian diplomat said. "The disingenuity with which the American side ignores the intertwined nature of the Black Sea Initiative on the export of Ukrainian grain and the Memorandum of Understanding between Russia and the UN on promoting Russian food products and fertilizers to the world markets (which is clearly stated in the texts of the agreements) does not cease to surprise. The impression is that the historical principle of pacta sunt servanda - agreements must be kept - is being suddenly ignored here when it comes to our country. The local authorities are doing their best to hush up the issues with unblocking Russian agricultural products, when they should be delivered to the countries in need. Washington, apparently, is not interested in such 'nuances' at all," Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy in the United States Andrey Ledenev said. The diplomat pointed out that " there is still no progress in resolving financial and logistical problems with shipments of Russian grain and fertilizers." According to him, it is difficult to import agricultural equipment to Russia and the ammonia via the Togliatti-Odessa pipeline as it is "not functioning". "All this is a direct result of the thoughtless and universally sickening sanctions strategy by the collective West led by the United States. Instead of actually helping the Global South, US is only preoccupied with the uninterrupted supply of Ukrainian grain to European markets which are clearly not suffering, and concerned about multiplying profits of Western agricultural companies. No one here takes any humanitarian component into account. A vivid confirmation of this is the expressive silence of the White House regarding the restrictions imposed by a number of Eastern European countries on imports of agricultural products from Ukraine at dumping prices", Ledenev underscored. The issue of extending the grain deal was discussed last week during telephone talks between Russian president Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday that the Istanbul agreements were not being implemented in terms of conditions concerning Russia, and in this regard, the prospects for extending the deal "are not very good." According to the newspaper Hurriyet, the Turkish side will discuss the problem with representatives of the UN, the US and the UK in the coming days.]

[Kiev's hopes for fast-track NATO entry may prove elusive - Deutsche Presse-Agentur NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg visited Kiev in April, where he emphasized, at a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, that the doors to NATO remained open for Ukraine BERLIN, May 2. /TASS/. Ukrainian hopes for a rapid accession to NATO face the risk of remaining unrealized, German news agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA) reported on Tuesday. According to DPA, two key NATO members, the United States and Germany, recently signaled their reluctance behind closed doors to commit themselves to anything beyond the vague wording of the North Atlantic Alliance's declaration at its 2008 Bucharest summit, in which the bloc held out the promise to Ukraine and Georgia that they would become members "one day." While refusing to comment, the Biden administration has indirectly confirmed that it is currently prioritizing further filling the pipeline of weapons and other assistance to Ukraine over Kiev's NATO accession aspirations, DPA said. "We are focusing on handing more practical support over to the Ukrainians as soon as possible," a US official told DPA. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg visited Kiev in April, where he emphasized, at a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, that the doors to NATO remained open for Ukraine. The NATO chief also said that security guarantees for Ukraine would be discussed at the alliance's Vilnius summit in July. Commenting on Stoltenberg's visit to Kiev, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that preventing Ukraine's accession to the bloc remained one of the key objectives of Russia's ongoing special military operation. In early April, Lithuania's Seimas (parliament) passed a resolution calling for the North Atlantic Alliance to officially invite Ukraine to become a full-fledged NATO member at the summit to be held in Vilnius on July 11-12.]

[Disrespect for human rights, media freedom a norm for Kiev - Russian ambassador to Serbia According to Oleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko, the Ukrainian authorities are demonstrating "European values" by this BELGRADE, April 29. /TASS/. The systematic violations of human rights and the attempts to close down independent media outlets, in particular in Serbia, have become a normal thing for the Ukrainian authorities, who showcase 'European values' in this manner, Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko told TASS on Friday. "Regrettably, the systematic violations of human rights, suppression of the dissent, rampant state propaganda and de facto liquidation of the independent media and opposition political parties happened to be the norm for the current Ukrainian authorities," he said. "It is not surprising that the Kiev regime, a crony of Washington, has begun to impose censorship on the Serbian media as well, giving out instructions as to what, how and in what words to write. This might be what those notorious so-called 'European values' are all about. It is logical that this has evoked justifiable indignation among the editorial boards of some respected Serbian outlets," the diplomat concluded. Earlier, through its embassy in Belgrade, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry sent out a table with 'correct' vocabulary, which should be used in the coverage of the Russian special military operation, to the editorial boards of local media. After receiving "a list of recommended terms for the Russian-Ukrainian war," containing a table of "correct and incorrect" words and expressions, from the Ukrainian embassy, the Serbian daily Vecernje Novosti reported that, according to Kiev's instructions, henceforth, it was not correct to use "the Russian special military operation in Ukraine," but it should be "Russia's unprovoked military invasion of Ukraine that began in 2022" instead. Additionally, Kiev suggested replacing the phrase "ordinary Russians are not liable for Russia's crimes' with "each Russian is liable for Russia's crimes in Ukraine" if he or she supports Moscow's actions. [Kristersson said what he and Oscar Stenstrom, Sweden's chief negotiator for NATO accession talks, "have encountered in recent weeks is that the probability that this will happen at different rates has increased." He said Sweden is "prepared for what we will do if that were to happen". Sweden and Finland formally applied to join NATO last May, abandoning decades of military non-alignment, a decision spurred by Russia's war on Ukraine, which started on February 24, 2022. The talks then restarted with a foreign ministerial-level meeting in Brussels last Thursday. "Yes, we have changed. And we have realized better the security concerns of Turkiye. This will also improve the security of Sweden. Sweden should and will never be a safe haven for any terrorist, and that's why we're also increasing our cooperation between our security services. We're dedicating more funds to these services and defense. We will be happy to cooperate together in NATO," Stenstrom said. [Sweden has larger share of PKK funding than Finland, says top NATO negotiator Rising incidents of gang violence in Sweden linked to PKK, says Oscar Stenstrom STOCKHOLM, Sweden In a confession-like statement, Sweden's chief NATO negotiator said his country has a larger share of PKK financing compared to Finland. Speaking to the state-owned Sveriges Radio, Oscar Stenstrom said: "Unlike Finland, we have a larger share of funding for the PKK from Sweden." Both countries are bidding to join the NATO alliance, but are faced with opposition from Turkiye due to their ties and tolerance toward the terrorist organization PKK. Stenstrom further said he acknowledges that the PKK is involved with the drug market, which is considered to be one of the main funding channels of the terrorist organization. Sweden is currently experiencing the most violent gang-related violence with over 300 shootings and bombings recorded in 2022, leaving 63 people dead. Stenstrom said there is a direct correlation between gang violence and PKK. "These people are often multitaskers in their field. Terrorist financing and serious crime are linked - yes. It is far from explaining everything, but extortion, financing weapons, and drugs exist in this field," he said. Under a trilateral memorandum signed in June by Sweden, Finland, and Turkiye during a NATO summit held in Madrid, the two Nordic states pledged to distance themselves from terror groups and to take concrete actions against them. The Swedish NATO process has come to a standstill after Swedish authorities enabled a far-right political figure to burn a copy of the Quran outside the Turkish Embassy in Stockholm, while for Finland it appears to be a straight path forward. Stenstrom said the NATO accession talks with Turkiye are currently frozen. "It's not profitable to hold talks right now. We each get to work somewhere and then we'll see how long this pause lasts," he told the radio host. Finland's Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto has recently suggested that the country may decouple and consider joining NATO without Sweden if Turkiye continues to block their joint bid to enter the alliance. In a recent interview with Anadolu, Stenstrom said the promises made by the Nordic countries were a top priority for the Swedish government. "We're working on all, we will fulfill the total agreement." In response to a question on Sweden's support to the PKK, Stenstrom said this was no longer the case. "Yes, we have changed. And we have realized better the security concerns of Turkiye. This will also improve the security of Sweden. "Sweden should and will never be a safe haven for any terrorist, and that's why we're also increasing our cooperation between our security services. [Sweden makes progress in NATO bid talks: Chief negotiator - The Swedish chief negotiator leading the NATO bid talks between Turkiye and Finland has said his country has made progress in NATO talks and that only some small steps will be needed for attaining full membership. "We exchanged a series of ideas with the police and their colleagues in Turkiye to speed up the fight against the terrorist threat to Turkiye from the PKK," Oscar Stenstrom told local radio after Turkish, Swedish and Finnish delegations met in Stockholm on Nov. 25. It was the second meeting of the Permanent Joint Mechanism established by the three states under the trilateral agreement they signed in late June. The agreement paved the way for the two Scandinavian countries to launch the membership process to the alliance on the condition that they intensify anti-terror cooperation with Tirkiye and extradite terrorists. The Turkish delegation was headed by Turkish Presidential Spokesperson Ambassador Ibrahim Kalin and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Sedat Onal and was joined by representatives from the Ministries of Justice, Foreign Affairs, Interior and Defense as well as the National Intelligence Organization. The Swedish delegation was headed by Ambassador in the Prime Minister's Office Oscar Stenstrom and State Secretary Jan Knutsson at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The two Nordic nations earlier this year ditched their longstanding policies of non-alignment, asking to join NATO because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and how it reshuffled Europe's security. In June, Turkiye, Sweden and Finland struck a deal that included provisions for the extradition of terrorists and sharing of information. (Nov 27, 2022)]

Referring to Sweden's new anti-terrorism law, Stenstrom said: "It will make it tougher for anyone who is involved in any terrorist crime, especially the PKK," in reference to the outlawed Kurdish group which seeks an independent state in parts of Turkiye. "The good bilateral relations that we have between Sweden and Turkiye will be even stronger when Sweden is accepted as a NATO member," he said. (Dec 8, 2022)]

Maybe that doesn't count.

Statement from National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan on the Announcement of Turkiye's Intention to send Finland's NATO Accession Protocols to Parliament

The United States welcomes President Erdogan's announcement that he will send Finland's NATO accession protocols to the Turkish Parliament and looks forward to the prompt conclusion of that process. We encourage Turkiye to quickly ratify Sweden's accession protocols as well. In addition, we urge Hungary to conclude its ratification process for both Finland and Sweden without delay. Sweden and Finland are both strong, capable partners that share NATO's values and will strengthen the Alliance and contribute to European security. The United States believes that both countries should become members of NATO as soon as possible.

What is going on is that.
Swedes.
They have some kind of their own goal.
About NATO.
And they are white collar educated guys.
It's an example of the Americans might not speak native born Swedish.
But..
Why are these guys so invested in this NATO membership stuff?

I guess then they can work for defense firms and make a living as white collar defense tech guys.

Thank goodness the EU wants to trade with China so much.

My masters from Catholic is an MSLIS.
I once compared a print, an online free, and an online fee-based dictionary.
SCMP.com is an online fee-based news website.

Lubeck and Berlin are German cities near or on the Baltic Sea.
Kosovo and Bosnia sit in the south near the Mediterranean Sea.
Cape Town is a port in South Africa.
East Asia includes the Korean Peninsula, Beijing and Shanghai, Taipei, and the island nations in ASEAN such as Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

["EU racing to devise new China strategy with 'de-risking' at its core"]
How much does everyone want the EU to trade with East Asia?
I keep reading about Kosovo and Bosnia.
Is it because the German navy uses those ports in the Balkans?
Is it a lot of items going between the Balkans and East Asia?
Does the German navy take stuff all of the way to Indonesia?
Is that why we get these reports about Kosovo and Bosnia?

I think I read every day a report about Kosovo.
Additionally, this week I read a report about Bosnia.
Are these reports in the news.
Because the EU trades with East Asia so much?
From Washington, DC and London.
I wish the EU wouldn't send so much stuff so far.
Long distance trade.
It seems like quality goes down.
There are all of these reports about inflation and labor strikes in Europe.
The French economy.

From Washington, DC and London, you almost wish the EU would stop it with the trade with China stuff. It would be so much fuel. It seems daunting about the logistics of a lot going between Europe and East Asia. All the while we read these reports about Kosovo and Bosnia. Long distance trade might not be feasible. It's better to send things a long distance? I am not sure that is Adam Smith economics. It's better when you export stuff long distances? An apple, it's better to eat it from the tree.

"EU racing to devise new China strategy with 'de-risking' at its core" "Public spats over ways to deal with Beijing and the messaging on Taiwan have injected new sense of urgency into policymaking process" "EU members find de-risking more palatable than decoupling, but agreeing on 'the economic stuff' is easier than on political issues, diplomat notes"
This is from the Chinese news.
Maybe the EU is so aggressive about Kosovo because the Germans trade through the ports in the Balkans.
Albania, Bosnia, and Croatia have strategic ports.
It's not clear about the EU and the German navy.

Jimmy Darmody is a fictional character who was a WWI vet.
I mention that Prince William doesn't help with morale maybe at the army. Because he was a helicopter pilot. And then he attends EPL games and Wimbledon.
It's not obvious to the army that William is a leader.
It's not obvious to Harry Kane and Andy Murray that William is a leader.
Also, Oxford people might wonder if St. Andrews is a good school.

At Texas, when I would go over to the house and watch football.
I would sit there on the couch.
I would do a hand motion, and then the referee would get up and do that same hand motion.
As some kind of a beer house funny thing I can do.

He and me.
When he it out at the Longhorn football games.
I would be inclined to signal first down, when our guys have the ball here.
William seems to behave truly as an impartial observer at the Aston Villa games.
I think it's right, for William to be out there signaling it might be our kick now.

"...to defeat France."

[Fitch agency cuts France's debt rating to 'AA-', revises up outlook to stable Fitch on Friday cut France's sovereign credit rating by one notch to 'AA-', citing a potential political deadlock and social movements that are posing risks to President Emmanuel Macron's reform agenda. "Social and political pressures illustrated by the protests against the pension reform will complicate fiscal consolidation," the global credit ratings agency said. Fitch, which also revised up the country's outlook to stable from negative, said the French economy will expand by 0.8% this year, in line with the euro zone average but below the agency's 1.1% growth forecast in its last review in November. The economy trudged up slightly in the first quarter despite a series of strikes against the government's pension reform bill, but inflation remained stubbornly high. Fitch forecast that inflationary pressures will ease during the second half of 2023 due to base effects and that inflation will average at 5.5% in 2023, before falling to 2.9% in 2024. The euro zone's second-largest economy saw its inflation rise to 5.9% year-on-year in April from 5.7% in March. Statistics agency INSEE attributed the increase in inflation partly on higher energy prices. Uncertainty surrounding the revenue trajectory remains high as the recent strong performance could be at least partially driven by temporary factors, including the economic rebound and high inflation, added the agency. The ratings agency added that the country's fiscal metrics are weaker than its peers and it expects general government debt/GDP to remain on a modest upward trend, reflecting relatively large fiscal deficits and only modest progress with fiscal consolidation. France faces a high debt servicing cost at the moment, with the country borrowing at about 3% from 1% a year ago. On Friday, French Budget Minister Gabriel Attal said that by 2027 the cost of servicing the country's debt could be its biggest budget-spending item.]

"Netanyahu's Corruption Charges in Israel: What to Know, The New York Times, Nov 3, 2022 - Mr. Netanyahu, who faces a litany of bribery, fraud and breach of trust charges, has denied all accusations, vociferously attacking those..."

I think it's right wingerism to refer to Nordic security and Europe's security.
It might be Prussian rhetoric.
Kind of, if the army is weirdly opposing Russia.
They are asking for American air force technology.

[ODESA, Ukraine (AP) - Two heads of state and seven foreign ministers from a group of Ukraine's European backers visited the war-torn country Friday to express support for Kyiv in its defense against Russia's invasion. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, hosting his counterparts from four Nordic and three Baltic countries in the southern port city of Odesa, repeated a plea for the delivery of U.S.-made fighter jets to his country. "(The jets) are needed to cover our brigades that are going to (counter-attack)," Kuleba said. Although no promises were made, he added, "I have a feeling that our colleagues are well-disposed in this matter." Ukraine has long pushed for Western fighter jets for its air force, without success. Its Western partners have, however, provided a number of former Soviet MiG-29 fighters. Kuleba met with the foreign ministers of Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Because of government formation talks in Finland, the Nordic country was represented by a senior Foreign Ministry official. "Through this visit, we manifest strong Nordic and Baltic support for Ukraine and its people," said Tobias Billstrom of Sweden whose country currently holds the rotating six-month presidency of the European Union. "I honestly don't remember if Odesa ever hosted this many ministers of foreign affairs at once. If this is the first such time, we are glad, together with our colleagues, to set a new standard," Kuleba said. Also Friday, in Kyiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the president of Slovakia, Zuzana Caputova, and the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel. Zelenskyy said they discussed military aid to help Ukraine address Russia's invasion and "prepare for (the) counteroffensive," as well as the forthcoming NATO summit in July in Vilnius, Lithuania. "We are expecting ambitious decisions that will enforce Europe's security," he said. "The time has come to eliminate any uncertainty."] (April 28, 2023)

Like they are not real cities, as though there is no city there at all.
I am conflicted in my mind about fate. Maybe I should or should not visit this city or that city.

Is this hyperbole coming from Sarajevo about the Serbian army?

Sometimes I read about anti-Russia rhetoric.
Maybe this is anti-Serbia rhetoric coming from Sarajevo?

Vucevic and Helez recently met in Brussels.
Now, Helez is making statements about the Serbian army.
I wonder if it's anti-Serbia language coming from Sarajevo.
Is he saying that the Serbian army specifically cannot enter Bosnia?
Maybe that is hyperbole.

Someone is accusing Belgrade of something.
I guess of having paramilitary formations.
It's some kind of a German joke.
What does he mean by paramilitary formations?
If you repeat back what he said.
It doesn't make sense really.
I might not know exactly what a paramilitary formation is.
The Bosnian defense ministry is accusing Belgrade.
Training grounds, and paramilitary formations.
These are his claims.
In Bosnia there is a training ground.
And that this what shut down.
There are also these in Serbia.

- Serbia is "accused" - "They have paramilitary formations"
- BiH Defense Minister Zukan Helez caused a storm with statements about the existence of alleged training grounds where, according to his claims, paramilitary formations were trained.
- Helez announced that there was a training ground in Bosnia and Herzegovina where paramilitary formations were trained and which was shut down and added that there were such training grounds in Serbia as well.

[Serbian Defense Minister Milos Vucevic immediately reacted to his claims, saying that everyone who holds a state office must take care of the words and statements spoken in public. It's like we're talking about video games, the minister pointed out. Recalling that Serbia is the guarantor of the Dayton Agreement, Vucevic pointed out that if someone wants to protect Bosnia and Herzegovina, then he must respect the Republic of Srpska. "If you don't respect the Republic of Srpska, I don't see how you can protect BIH and what kind of message is that in the context that you want BIH by wanting to destroy a constructive part of BIH and threaten one of the constructive peoples. I'm talking about the Serbian people and I didn't understand what kind of message that was, what kind of army on the Drina, I really don't understand'', he added. He said that he hopes that Mr. Helez will visit Belgrade and that he is welcome and that he will use the opportunity to ask him to clarify "his visions". We are committed to peace, we want the best possible relations with the Bosniak and Croatian people, the best possible relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. "Serbia is the guarantor of the preservation of the Republic of Srpska and the Dayton Agreement is holy scripture until the Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina agree otherwise, everything else is an imposition of will, and that does not lead to peace and stability," Vucevic concluded.]

Until the conflict in Ukraine.
"In a historic turnaround, Sweden and Finland abandoned their longstanding policies of military non-alliance and applied to join NATO after Russia invaded Ukraine."
Stockholm and Helsinki are saying that this is because of Ukraine.
But for the conflict in Ukraine.
- They have both applied to join NATO.
- Ankara objected because Stockholm.
They have been allowing PKK activities.
- If Stockholm criminalizes some of this.
- Then Ankara will agree that Sweden can join NATO.

It seems obvious that why is Ankara that influential about who joins NATO and who cares about the PKK?

"However, Turkiye, a NATO member for over 70 years, asked the two Nordic countries to take concrete action against terror groups such as the PKK and the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) in order for them to join the alliance. In June last year, Finland and Sweden signed a memorandum with Turkiye to address Ankara's security concerns, and senior diplomats and officials from the three countries held various meetings to discuss the implementation of a trilateral agreement."

This is me talking about FM Billstrom and the PKK. 4-27-23

1. FM Billstrom is telling Montenegro they need more tourism revenue.
2. He is telling Belgrade to impose sanctions against Moscow.
3. Likely tourism revenue harms a domestic workforce.
4. Literacy rates sometimes fall when tourism rises.
5. Also, you wonder about the sanctions and energy prices.
6. Maybe Berlin and Stockholm are paying high energy prices.
7. They might want other people to pay high energy prices.
8. About the PKK and the surveillance efforts.
9. The Turks say there are PKK operations in northern Iraq.
10. Maybe they just say that because Turkish infantrymen want to cross the border.
11. The Russians complain that the Turks cross into Syria too much.
12. Are there PKK operations in Sweden, Damascus, and Baghdad?

They say this.
Maybe some of them over at Cambridge are making some of that stuff up.
This happens in the United States.
For example, robotics departments.
Stanford EE.
I wonder if they make up some of that stuff.

Does FM Billstrom, is he alright that the Turkish army crosses into Syria for counterterrorism reasons and the PKK?
- If he is saying that they in Sweden do PKK operations, is he then alright that the Turks cross the border into Syria.
- Is FM Billstrom aware that tourism revenue is controversial?
- Can he name other places where there are PKK operations?
- If the PKK is in Sweden, are they also in Damascus?
- If they are in Damascus and Baghdad, are they in Sweden?
- If they are not in Damascus, maybe they are in Sweden.
- What about Paris or Athens?
- What he is saying is that there are PKK operations in Sweden.
It's outside the bounds of a symbolic logic proof, these assertions about the PKK.

"The two officials also discussed models for strengthening economic cooperation, primarily through improving the visibility of Montenegro as a tourist and investment destination, where the focus should be placed on the establishment of regular air routes between Podgorica and Stockholm, which will contribute to the improvement of tourism in both countries. Maybe Ankara, Pyongyang, and Xinjiang province have a shared cultural history.

About FM Billstrom. Maybe the Turks and the Swedes assist with these logistics. Maybe the Turks and Swedes are like in on it. One man is saying 'Now'. But maybe Ankara and Stockholm assist them. In my own brain, I am always looking for evidence of Swedes in North Korea. Because Sweden sometimes has a large diplomatic presence there.
"A Swedish ambassador met with Bae in a hospital in August 2013; his sister reported that he was moved from the camp because of deteriorating health and after losing more than 50 pounds (23 kg)."

Drake Equation
- I learned about the Drake in astronomy class at UT-Austin.
- The point is the structure of the equation.
- It starts with a large group.
- And then adds limiting factors.
- The Drake equation begins with, for example, all stars.
- And then limits the number, by stars like this or stars with this.
- For example, an apartment building. All tenants. The people on the third floor, the people on the right side of the hallway, and the odd numbered rooms.
- It goes from a too big number to a manageable number.

[Swedish Foreign Minister: PKK terror group 'bigger problem than we realised' 27 Apr, 2023 Sweden's foreign minister Tobias Billstrom has called on a tougher crackdown on the PKK, a Kurdish separatist terror group, saying that the group's activities in Sweden's territory were "extensive" and "a bigger problem than we realised". "There are extensive operations to gather in money and to finance terror activities which are directed at another country, Turkey," Billstrom told the Dagens Nyheter newspaper in an interview. He said that the terror group's fingers extended into gang crime in Sweden, and that Sweden was a base for PKK activities in protection rackets, drug selling and "a whole range of things which damage Swedish society". "We have only things to gain by cooperating with Turkish authorities when it comes to sharing information and surveillance of organised crime," he said. "But we also have a responsibility towards Turkey to get a hold of this problem."]

I have my own theory.
My theory is that, from Berlin the German army assists Pyongyang with their missile program. To the extent that they tell the North Koreans when to test the missiles.
The image is that a German army officer in Berlin will say, "Now!" and a North Korean army officer in Pyongyang will push a button, and that would be another North Korean weapons test.

I first kind of started suspecting this when I read about East Berlin.
Americans during the Cold War.
They sent back reports.
Supposedly there is a gigantic radio station in East Berlin.
East Berlin is supposedly the oldest part of the city.
And I thought who could they be talking to with that radio?
I thought to myself maybe they're talking to the North Koreans.

According to Romania's Digi24 news media, the devices have proven their effectiveness in Libya and Azerbaijan, and then in Ukraine where they have been successfully used to destroy Russian air defence systems, supply convoys and many others. Manufacturer data show the drones are capable of flying for up to 27 hours at over 200 km/h and can carry four intelligent laser-guided munitions. The Romanian Defence Ministry is still awaiting Parliament's approval to order 54 used Abrams tanks from the US, submarines, minesweepers, new equipment for the Navy as well as next-generation F-35 fighters from the United States."

"Bulgaria: Housing Prices in Sofia continue to Rise Property prices continue to rise, but there are already signs of a slowdown in growth. It is expected to be more pronounced in the second half of the year, since the more significant increase last year was also registered then. Both investment buyers and those looking for a property to live in are active on the market. The share of purchased three-room apartments - 42%, is already equal to that of two-room apartments, which last year dominated the market with a share of 70%. Property stays on the market continue to be short, with deals often being completed in a matter of days. This is shown by the data from the beginning of the year of "Bulgarian Properties". The agency reports that new property listings are up about 10% from the same period in 2022. This is the first increase since 2019, as the first quarter of 2020 was marked by the pandemic and limited business activity, and after that, the available supply began to quickly run out. The properties that went on the market could not satisfy the increased demand and catch up with the pace of realized sales, according to the company's analysis."

Swedish Foreign Minister: PKK terror group 'bigger problem than we realised' 27 Apr, 2023
Sweden's foreign minister Tobias Billstrom has called on a tougher crackdown on the PKK, a Kurdish separatist terror group, saying that the group's activities in Sweden's territory were "extensive" and "a bigger problem than we realised".
"But we also have a responsibility towards Turkey to get a hold of this problem."
Turkey's authorities have passed Sweden a long list of mainly Kurdish people living in Sweden who they accuse of being involved in or supporting the PKK, but Sweden's government has insisted that the arrest, trial and sentencing of suspected terrorists is a matter for the criminal justice system.
Billstrom said, however, that the police had increased their activities in tracking the PKK.
"As a result of the police devoting resources into mapping out the issue it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than we previously thought."
Sweden's government hopes that the new terror law which came into force on June 1st will mark a breakthrough in its crackdown on the PKK.
"This is a question which we have to take seriously it's not something we're doing just to win points in a negotiation," Billstrom said.

On April 13, Norway said the Russians it was expelling were suspected of spying.
"Norway's decision to declare 15 people at the Russian embassy undesirable in Norway is based on the fact that they have carried out intelligence activities under the guise of being diplomats," Simenstad said.
On Tuesday, neighboring Sweden informed Russia that five employees of the Russian Embassy in Stockholm were asked to leave the country because they were suspected of spying. The Swedish foreign minister, Tobias Billstrom, said their activities were "incompatible" with their diplomatic status. The public broadcasting companies of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden have recently been reporting in a joint investigation that Russia was suspected of spying on the Nordic countries, and named intelligence officers allegedly working at the Russian embassies in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. The broadcasters also reported that Russians allegedly spied in the waters of the Baltic Sea and North Sea using civilian fishing trawlers, cargo ships and yachts.

I grew up in Austin. My parents sent me to school in Saint Petersburg.
I'm sharing with you all my sense of the royal family.
I guess Jenna, for example, hopped on. Got pregnant three times. Nursed the kids from her titties. And now she is kind of overweight and she is raising the kids. She changed her name. Now she is Jenna Bush Hager. I assume her husband is nice, I don't know.

I'm not married, I didn't change my name, I don't have any kids. I try to stay skinny.

If they are both fat, married, and have kids. What then is Jenna Bush Hager to Kate Middleton?
For the record.

Is that you, John Wayne?
Is this me?

The point is that she is weird-looking. But everyone used to say how elegant she was.

Diana was telling these journalists not to take photos.
Because she is a parent.
It's not their fault she is a parent.

It was non sequitur about her being a parent and on this ski trip.
And then she walked back to her kids.

Conceptually, what are the destinations of German naval vessels leaving the Baltic Sea?
This morning I have read about Sudan, Bulgaria, South Africa, and Singapore.

The Swedish security service has appeared as though they are the loch ness monster. And they are expelling Russian diplomats from embassies in Scandinavia.
All of us are watching Tottenham and Arsenal.
We're watching Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets.
We're watching Novak and the tennis tournament.

IT SEEMS OBVIOUS THAT THE SAPO SIMPLY DOESN'T WANT EITHER THE RUSSIANS OR THE BRITISH TO MONITOR THE GERMAN NAVY IN THE BALTIC SEA. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT WINGERS AND THEY ARE MISUSING THE PORTS IN LUBECK AND THE GULF OF DANZIG.

Today it's like maybe the 1930s in Europe.
The Swedish security service has appeared.
They have seen the loch ness monster.
One day I was sitting in class in Texas.
And we were learning about Lake Baikal.
And there is a seal there from the Artic Ocean.
And I raised my hand and asked if it was just one seal.
She said, "Like loch ness."

Sam Welles was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford.
His degree was in 'Modern European History'.
Austin, Texas is my home town.
At the time, UT had civil defense funding.
I studied Russian and Polish at Texas.
And I spent my senior year in Saint Petersburg at the chemistry faculty.
There I mostly studied the Russian language, but also literature, etc.

Kind of, I think the SAPO is really my big rival.
Because they are the Swedish intelligence people.
They go to Moscow State and study.
And so I will meet Russian scholars who have degrees from Moscow State.

The Germans use the ports in the Baltic Sea.
They are right wingers.
It's as though the Swedes, they don't want the Russians to monitor German ships in the Baltic Sea.
But it's criminal what they are doing probably.

The SAPO is saying that the Russians are committing acts of espionage, but all of us think it's right wingers who are trading through these ports near Lubeck and Gdasnk. We're saying the German navy is committing crimes because of what they're doing at these Baltic Sea ports. And then the SAPO is saying, well you're not allowed to monitor what is going on in the Baltic Sea. They are criminals who don't want people to look at what they are doing.

I have been to Finland but I have never been to Canada. My dad is from New York City. He says that they have told him he's part Dutch. I never say stuff like that. Somehow I did think it was alright for me to go to Finland. But, I have a sense that I don't want to go to Canada. Maybe it's dangerous there.

For example, the date of a divorce or a wedding.
Kind of, in Texas criminals are not as much able to hide behind those technicalities.
It seems obvious to me that Hunter Biden is a war monger.

He was officially accused of tax stuff, which is a financial crime.
But, the image about the financial crimes.

And then it's like real estate stuff.
The allegations are war mongering or profiteering.
The headlines, a lot of them have the word bioweapons.

They found weird laptops and documents.
At weird real estate.

The news right now is reporting.
A woman in Arkansas.
Is saying Hunter Biden is the father of her four year old.
I'm reading he's been married twice.

When it gets to three women with his kid.
The word bigamy to me comes to mind.

In Texas people are called bigamists, even if they never get married.
Another example is Elvis or Jerry Lee Lewis.
Even if the wedding ceremony, she is the right age.

Vucic: Occupation must come to an end. We are the ones who choose the moment for that President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, addresses the nation on the occasion of the elections in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. "What happened was the defeat of Kurti and his regime. What happened was more than that, yesterday the Serbian people showed that they are looking for a different approach from the international community, above all from the Western powers, that they are looking for greater respect, dialogue, and not imposition of the solutions," said Vucic. "The elections in Kosovo and Metohija showed some good things and some extremely difficult ones. They showed us the electoral debacle of Kurti and Quint. This is a historic result, because something like this has not happened in Europe since the Second World War - 0.020 percent of people turned out. The elections showed a huge the unity of the Serbian people, discipline and responsibility that has not been seen in the history of our nation. The Serbs behaved as a very strong nation," said Vucic. "Yesterday, our people clearly said in which country they live, they said who they don't want in the north of Kosovo, but also showed the world that they didn't understand anything, except for the fact that they never wanted to listen to anyone but themselves. I hope they will learn some lesson from that," said Vucic. "A completely new political reality" Vucic stated that yesterday's results represent a completely new political reality. "They will have to understand the new political reality that Kurti did not understand. He thinks he will be able to rule with 400 votes of people who mostly do not live in Kosovska Mitrovica," said Vucic. President of Serbia stated that the Serbs asked to be heard and listened to. "When they put up the barricades, you thought they were put up by people with the aim of harassing honest Albanians. You didn't understand the message of the Serbian people from yesterday. The message is that we want our voice to be heard and that you won't be able to work without us. None of the Serbs want to return to the institutions because you kicked them out. You haven't heard the Serbs for 10 years, you've been talking nonsense for 10 years," Vucic said. "We are here, but we do not want to participate in your circus" "Yesterday in the morning the streets were empty, in the afternoon they were full. The Serbs wanted to show that we are here, but we do not want to participate in your circus. The main thing is the fact that we do not have an essential dialogue, what we get are imposed papers. When you tell them that something is happening in Kosovo, they say 'it's Vucic's nonsense,'" said Vucic. "You lied and cheated" "You lied and cheated. I could feel that you are cheating and lying. We will not support you in the Council of Europe. The only purpose Serbia serves is to fulfill your wishes. Yesterday, tectonic changes took place, only you did not realize it, because you never didn't want to hear the Serbs," said Vucic. Vucic stated that now it is important to take care, we have to take care of our environment and the European path. "We have to find a way to protect the people of Kosovo economically and politically. We will work on how we can protect the will and interests of the Serbs," said Vucic. "Continue the occupation" "I haven't made a decision whether I will go to Brussels on May 2nd. They do not have a clue... They haven't even read the elementary documents. We are waiting for the Serbian management team to present the plan. The Serbs said clearly - the CSM must be formed, but in accordance with 22 principles as it was signed. If you will not continue the occupation, enjoy it, but you cannot deceive and lie to us in the future. Everything went peacefully because the Serbs agreed that it would go that way, otherwise you would not have been able to enter the north of Kosovo and Metohija," said Vucic. "A political uprising of the Serbian people took place" "Yesterday there was a peaceful political uprising of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija who will not suffer cruelty, shooting and wounding just to get a word of praise from Brussels and Washington. I'm afraid that many people didn't understand that," said Vucic. President of Serbia stated that a difficult period is ahead of us. "We don't need any conflict with NATO, but we are not in a situation to allow further humiliation and attacks on our country. Nothing will be resolved on the 2nd of May. If it lasts for another 100 years and they blame Serbia, that's where we come to the hypocrisy we were facing", Vucic said. "This is the introduction into a much bigger and deeper crisis" "Our conclusion is that we will protect the position of our people, we will understand the messages of the peaceful political uprising of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, but what we will insist on is a real dialogue, as what you consider a dialogue is not a dialogue. We need a real conversation with the Albanians, we need to be on the European path, but also to have a real dialogue. I'm afraid that this is the introduction into a much bigger and deeper crisis in the coming years, those who never wanted to listen to Belgrade will be blamed for it," said Vucic during his speech. "Don't try to deceive us. Stop deceiving the Serbs and Serbia and listen to what I am saying, if you are not able to do that, I am afraid that it will only be much more difficult for everyone," said Vucic. President of Serbia thanked the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija for their patience and for the way they behaved during yesterday's elections. "They showed that they are not a handful of oats and that they will not allow anyone to humiliate them," said Vucic. "The occupation must come to an end" President of Serbia stated that it is important to always look to preserve peace. "This was the best example of the fake democracy, not only of Pristina but also of those who support them. This shows what darkness looks like for democracy, this shows how everything is allowed in order to humiliate the Serbs, but this also showed how the Serbs are a strong people who knows how to protect their interests despite threats that are neither small nor harmless. The most important thing is to preserve the peace, an occupation must come to an end, we are the only ones who choose the moment," said Vucic. (April 25, 2023)

The German economy and the German army.

So their army can go over land to Albania, Bosnia, and Croatia.

Abazovic expressed his satisfaction with the visit, pointing out that the two countries cherish friendly relations. "We are grateful to our friends for all the efforts they are making to advance our European perspective. We believe that, despite the challenges, we are on the right track," Abazovic said. He also remainded that on 28 July 2022 Montenegro ratified the Protocols on the accession of Sweden and Finland to NATO and expressed expectation that Sweden will soon join the Alliance. Foreign Minister Billstrom pointed out that Sweden is following the situation in Montenegro with special attention, emphasising the importance that the entire Western Balkans region has for the European Union. After Russia's aggression against Ukraine, it became clear that the region is particularly important for the stability and prosperity of Europe. He stressed that Sweden supports Montenegro on its European path, and pointed to the importance of key reforms in the field of the rule of law, as the basis of the overall European integration. Furthermore, he thanked for the support that Montenegro showed during the ratification of Sweden's accession protocol to NATO. The two officials also discussed models for strengthening economic cooperation, primarily through improving the visibility of Montenegro as a tourist and investment destination, where the focus should be placed on the establishment of regular air routes between Podgorica and Stockholm, which will contribute to the improvement of tourism in both countries. The Kingdom of Sweden holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 January to 1 July 2023...
I have done research.
When tourism goes up, literacy goes down.
I don't want Sweden to spend a lot of time monitoring the events in the Balkans.
That seems too far away.
Maybe the German navy wants to use the ports in the Balkans.
I don't like that FM Billstrom is confessing to.
There are tales that Tokyo aims surveillance cameras at Beijing, for example.
Remember the explosion in Tianjin.
"The catastrophic explosion in Tianjin, China, on Wednesday was so enormous that it was captured on a Japanese weather satellite." (Aug 2015)

"China considering evacuation plan for citizens in Sudan as fighting continues" "China is considering evacuating its nationals from Sudan, the country's embassy in Khartoum has said. It asked Chinese citizens to fill out a form on its website about whether they wanted to be evacuated and if they wanted to go to China or neighbouring countries by 9pm local time. It had already asked citizens to register their personal details. At least 413 people, most of whom are civilians, have been killed since fighting between two rival factions - the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) - broke out on April 15 according to the World Health Organization."
This is from Yahoo News.
Notice the Chinese foreign ministry is wanting to evacuate its citizens from Sudan.

When I was still in Texas I went to a bar. And I saw Floyd Mayweather fight on television. And Justin Bieber came out with Floyd Mayweather. The fight was in Las Vegas.
"Singer Justin Bieber and Floyd Mayweather Jr. pose after Mayweather Jr. defeats Miguel Cotto by unanimous decision in their WBA super welterweight title fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 5, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada"
During the fight, I was at a bar in Austin, Texas. The bar was right on the interstate. If I had gotten in my car and driven north, I would have gone to Dallas. It's the same street that Dallas is on. IH-35.
Justin Bieber is a Canadian. He's from Ontario. I think he's from kind of near Detroit. Here is a photo of him, Eminem, and me.
I think Justin Bieber of course is some kind of child music prodigy. Maybe he and Eminem are relatives, even. (April 24, 2023)

"Sweden's Presidency of the Council of the EU" "During the first six months of 2023, Sweden holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union (also known as the Council of Ministers). This means that Sweden leads the work in the Council."

From Washington, DC.
Maybe the EU can kind of take it easy.
Can they think about their own mission statements.
The UK no longer a member.

Holistically, what is the role of the EU or the EC?
- These conversations in Belgrade about sanctions
- The elections over the weekend in Kosovo
- These phone calls to East Africa about Sudan

The news is reporting on Tobias Billstrom.
He is the Swedish foreign minister.
Last week on Wednesday he visited Belgrade for one day.
He met with President Vucic.
And then there were complaints.
Because it was like he was telling the Serbian government that they had to impose sanctions, etc.
It was an issue of sovereignty.
Can the EU or the EC tell countries what to do, for example, about sanctions?
It was a strange meeting.
Because did FM Billstrom intend to insist or something?
Why does he care that much about this issue?
In Washington, DC that's called a front burner.
That might not have been Belgrade's front burner.
This happened Wed 4-19
Then, I guess on Saturday 4-22.
The same person, FM Billstrom.
Called the Egyptians about the conflict in Sudan.
And here is from the Egypt Independent:

[Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry received a phone call on Saturday from Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom]
["The need for any external party to refrain from interfering in a way that undermines the calming efforts, and to contribute to the success of the efforts aimed at getting Sudan out of this difficult situation,"]

I think Sweden is the head of the EU right now.
FM Billstrom is doing this also has an EU administrator.
For example, should the EU involve themselves in sanctions, etc?
Should the EU involve themselves in conflicts in East Africa?

[BEIRUT, April 24. /TASS/. Four military transport aircraft of Jordan’s Air Force evacuated 343 people from Port Sudan to Amman on Monday, including a group of German, Iraqi and Syrian citizens. They are there because of the conflict in Sudan.

They have been really aggressive about Kosovo.
Also sanctions.

"The controversial law restricting the recording of police was signed into law on Wednesday by the Republican Governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey. The new law, which goes into effect on September 24, prohibits anyone within eight feet of law enforcement officers from recording police activity. Violators will face a misdemeanor charge and up to thirty days in jail, though only after ignoring a verbal warning and continuing to record anyway." (July 2022)

"PHOENIX - A federal judge on Friday blocked enforcement of a new Arizona law restricting how the public and journalists can film police, agreeing with the American Civil Liberties Union and multiple media organizations who argued it violated the First Amendment. U.S. District Judge John J. Tuchi issued a preliminary injunction that stops the law from being enforced when it is set to take effect on Sept. 24. The quick decision came after Republican Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich and the prosecutor and sheriff's office in Maricopa County told the judge they did not plan to defend the law. They were named as defendants in the lawsuit filed last month. The law was enacted by the Republican-controlled Legislature over unified opposition from Democrats and signed by GOP Gov. Doug Ducey on July 6. It makes it illegal to knowingly film police officers 8 feet or closer if the officer tells the person to stop. And on private property, an officer who decides someone is interfering or the area is unsafe can order the person to stop filming even if the recording is being made with the owner's permission. The penalty is a misdemeanor that would likely incur a fine without jail time." (Sep 2022)

Turkey is near the Caucasus region.
Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
You wonder about Turkish and German military operations in those countries.
1)This news report about the Armenian citizen in Berlin.
2)But, these stories about disputed regions and military actions in Armenia and Azerbaijan.
3) Also, of course the Russians sent infantrymen into Georgia in 2008. Maybe they were responding to German army personnel there.

"During the call, they discussed the efforts exerted to stop the military escalation between the conflicting parties, and provide the necessary protection for Sudanese civilians and residents on its soil, in a way that guarantees the security, stability and well-being of Sudan and its people."

"The two sides also reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields, in addition to discussing aspects of intensifying joint coordination on many issues of common concern."

I guess the Sweden foreign ministry.
You wonder if they have a large presence in East Africa.
Maybe in Sudan in particular.
It seems like the foreign ministry is active in security issues.
I wonder about Swedish defense stuff in Sudan.
There are military academies in Sudan.

In Russian language class.
The Albanian teacher, told us to rhyme everything.
If it has the same ending, then say repeated endings in the same sentence.

They went
Они пошли
And then you can think of a funny rest of the sentence, so long as you end each word like these two first words.

I've been told that I kind of just speak Russian funny.
Different professors had different advice.
Because we were learning to speak this language.
What is realistic about speaking it and understanding what people were saying.

Bill Hader is in a TV show called 'Barry' (2018-2023).
The actor is an example of the big city and rural America.
He has three kids, not much college, and he worked on Saturday Night Live for a long time. He is a successful New York City actor.
I wouldn't watch SNL ever.
I almost cannot watch this show Barry because I know the actor has so many kids.
It's like the men make babies instead of go to college.

Anastasia, Anna, Varvara, Coleen, Kate, Pippa, Sophie, Rania. All of these women are wives with big titties and babies.
I just want to sit, skinny and eat space cakes in Amsterdam.

1) Scandinavian countries, are isolated and form a defense group
2) Then they send military items and police radios to East Asia

Our theory here.
Is that Scandinavian countries and Warsaw.
They group together.
And they send military items and police radios to East Asia.

There are photos of German naval vessels near Jakarta.
"That would exclude shells made in plants outside Europe, such as one majority-owned by German giant Rheinmetall in Australia."

This seems like European military talk.
(April 22, 2023)

"Stoltenberg has been the strong voice of the alliance throughout the war and has been instrumental in garnering and coordinating support by the 31 members for Ukraine as the country sought to hold on to its territory. Stoltenberg had been to Kyiv before the war, but this is his first visit during the hostilities and underscores the longstanding commitments of the alliance in defense of Ukraine's independence. Earlier this month, Finland joined NATO, dealing a major blow to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a historic realignment of Europe's post-Cold War security landscape triggered by Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. The Nordic country's membership doubles Russia's border with the world's biggest security alliance. Neighboring Sweden could join in the coming months too, possibly by the time U.S. President Joe Biden and his NATO counterparts meet in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius on July 11-12. The world's biggest security alliance has focused on bolstering defenses on its own territory to dissuade Putin from attacking any member country. Under NATO's collective security guarantee, an attack on one member country is considered to be an attack on them all."
This is from the Turkish news.
Our theory is that as a group, Scandinavian countries and Warsaw.
They group trade military items and police radios to East Asia.
This supports that theory.
And then Stoltenberg is essentially there in Kiev.
He seems to be selling Scandinavian-made war items.

"The EU stands ready to continue to reinforce the sanctions, to ensure an effective and coherent implementation of the sanctions and also to prevent their circumvention by Russia," Billstrom said.

In terms of this week in Belgrade.
Do you guys accept President Vucic's version of events, about what Billstrom said?

[Foreign minister of Sweden Tobias Billstrom attends a joint news conference, amid Russia's attack on Ukraine, in Kyiv, Ukraine November 28, 2022. REUTERS/Valentyn Ogirenko/Pool/File Photo] STOCKHOLM, Jan 11 (Reuters) - The European Union is prepared for a long war in Ukraine and will support Kyiv against Russia's aggression as long as it takes, Sweden's Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom, whose country holds the EU's presidency, said on Wednesday. "Despite Russia's continued attempts to divide us, unity within the EU and across the Atlantic has been strong. The EU is prepared for a long war and will continue to stand by Ukraine's side with political, economic, military and humanitarian support for as long as it takes," Billstrom told a news conference. He said the EU would continue working on more sanctions against Moscow over the invasion of Ukraine after nine packages of measures passed by the 27-nation bloc since the start of the invasion in February 2022. "Sanctions are the EU's best tool to help Ukraine win this war, which is the ultimate goal of what we are doing," Billstrom said. Officials said new sanctions could include more asset freezes and travel bans on Russian individuals involved in the war and more restrictions on sales to Russia of EU goods that could be used for military purposes. "The EU stands ready to continue to reinforce the sanctions, to ensure an effective and coherent implementation of the sanctions and also to prevent their circumvention by Russia," Billstrom said. Speaking about his recent conversation with Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom, Vucic said the diplomat was telling him "over and over again" to impose anti-Russian sanctions. "He said our European path depends on that," the Serbian leader continued. "He said that Serbia must join NATO, because Russia had shown that it is a threat to everyone. We cannot join NATO, because it was NATO that threatened us - a country whose troops have never crossed another country's border.
